SlideForge is an AI-powered web application that analyzes uploaded presentation files and generates style recommendations and PowerPoint (.pptx) files modelled after publicly recognised consulting presentation standards. The Service is provided via the website slideforge.corepointaisolutions.com and any associated sub-domains operated by CorePoint AI Solutions.

The Service relies on third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure provided by Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic"). Your use of the Service is also subject to Anthropic's applicable usage policies.

By accessing the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

SlideForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to McKinsey & Company, the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Deloitte, KPMG, or any of their respective affiliates or subsidiaries. All firm names are used solely for descriptive reference purposes to identify publicly known presentation style conventions and are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in the Service constitutes or implies any association with, or approval by, those entities.

You agree that you will:

• Only upload files that you own or have the legal right to process.
• Not upload files containing personally identifiable information of third parties without appropriate consent.
• Not upload files that contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise misuse the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Not represent AI-generated output as independently verified professional advice without independent validation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe a violation of these Terms has occurred.

Our content. The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and generated templates, is owned by or licensed to CorePoint AI Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Your content. You retain all ownership rights in any files you upload to the Service. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence solely to process those files for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your uploaded content.

AI-generated output. Output generated by the Service is provided for your use subject to these Terms. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the appropriateness of any generated output before use.

Files you upload are transmitted to Anthropic's API for AI processing and are not stored by CorePoint AI Solutions beyond the duration of your active session. We do not retain, sell, or otherwise exploit your uploaded presentation files. For full details on how data is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (b) output generated will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular professional purpose; (c) the Service will be available at any particular time or location; or (d) any errors or defects will be corrected.

AI-generated content, including style recommendations and PPTX files, represents probabilistic output and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any output before use in any professional context.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CorePoint AI Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) content you upload or submit through the Service; or (e) your infringement of any third-party right.

The Service uses Anthropic's Claude API for AI inference. Your use of the Service involves the transmission of data to Anthropic's systems, which are governed by Anthropic's own terms of service and privacy policies. CorePoint AI Solutions has no control over Anthropic's systems and is not responsible for Anthropic's data handling practices.

The Service is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel's own terms and privacy policies apply to the hosting of the Service.

Any links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following notice of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CorePoint AI Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CorePoint AI Solutions regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.1 — No File Storage

Files you upload to the Service (including presentation files in PDF, PPTX, or any other format) are never written to disk, never persisted in a database, and never retained on our infrastructure beyond the duration of the individual HTTP request during which they are submitted. When your request completes — whether successfully or with an error — the file data is immediately discarded from server memory. We do not create backup copies, cache files, or store file content in logs.

14.2 — Transit Processing Only

Your uploaded file is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our server, held in volatile memory solely for the purpose of forwarding to Anthropic's API for AI inference, and then discarded. We do not intercept, read, index, or analyse the contents of your files for any purpose other than delivering the AI response to you. The processing is strictly transient.

14.3 — No Training on Your Data

CorePoint AI Solutions does not use your uploaded files, your input text, or any AI-generated output produced for you to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any machine learning model — whether operated by CorePoint AI Solutions or any third party. This prohibition applies permanently and without exception.

14.4 — Anthropic Processing

While CorePoint AI Solutions does not store your files, they are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC for AI inference. Anthropic's own data handling policies govern that transmission. Anthropic's API usage policies prohibit them from using API inputs to train models without explicit consent. You are encouraged to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy and API Terms of Service independently.

14.5 — Your Responsibility

Because we do not retain your uploaded files or generated output, you are solely responsible for saving any output you wish to keep. We cannot recover, restore, or reprocess files after your session ends.

15.1 — Complete Exclusion of Consequential Loss

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COREPOINT AI SOLUTIONS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, "COREPOINT PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW — INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE — FOR ANY:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data, files, or confidential information (including any files you upload);
• Loss of goodwill, reputation, or business relationships;
• Consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• Damages arising from decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output;
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service;
• Damages arising from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any output;
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data;
• Any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss of any nature whatsoever;

EVEN IF THE COREPOINT PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15.2 — Aggregate Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COREPOINT PARTIES TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COREPOINT AI SOLUTIONS IN THE TWELVE (12) CALENDAR MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100). THIS CAP APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER COREPOINT AI SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

15.3 — No Liability for AI Output

The Service uses generative artificial intelligence to produce style recommendations, restructured presentations, and PPTX files. AI output is inherently probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for any particular purpose. CorePoint AI Solutions accepts no liability whatsoever for: (a) the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated output; (b) any professional, financial, legal, reputational, or other consequence arising from your use of or reliance on such output; (c) any claim that the output infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; or (d) any claim brought against you as a result of presenting AI-generated material to any audience.

15.4 — No Liability for Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party infrastructure including Anthropic (AI inference), Vercel (hosting), Clerk (authentication), and Stripe (payments). CorePoint AI Solutions accepts no liability for any failure, interruption, data loss, or adverse outcome caused by or attributable to any of these third-party providers, regardless of whether such failure affects your use of the Service.

15.5 — Service Availability

The Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, response time, or uninterrupted access. CorePoint AI Solutions shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from downtime, maintenance, outages, or the discontinuation of any feature or the Service in its entirety.

15.6 — Jurisdiction Savings

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited and excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability which cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or fraud.
